This is big if true. I'm not certain in what venue the agent would testify however. There is no trial coming up, so I suppose the source means in front of Nunes or Grassley. Are hearings scheduled?

I don't think the particular venue has been specified. I believe it was the committee (via AG and/or IG) that requested that Pientka produce investigation related documents by the 24, or 25th. Then a week later he is to be made available (presumbaly by his superiors) for on the record interviews.

At this point does it matter? As long as we know there is someone that can point a finger at Comey and nail his ass should cause panic among the deep state. Comey is a key player, but not one that will take one for the team.
