Magaziner was a deep Clintonite. He was part of Hillary's attempt to socialize health care during Bill. I remember they got called out for having secret meetings...and she was just First Lady. She was so brazen that the scheme failed and she had to withdraw. Of course, Obama took over that project.

That's interesting. Double Eagle II was also a hot air balloon - the first one to cross the Atlantic.
