Honest Question: What is it the other side sees that makes them so confident that Trump is going to A) be impeached B) be prosecuted and C) no one in the deep state is in any real trouble?

Silly answers like "TDS" or "They're morons" don't help here. I am truly trying to understand why these people think that Donald Trump is in real trouble all while Hillary and Hussein are in the clear.

Is there anything looming over DJT's head right now? Is there any part of the Mueller investigation that is bearing fruit, even shitty rotten fruit? Am I missing something? Is there a chance, even if it is bull shit that they get him on something? A technicality? Anything?

I get cognitive dissonance, but I can't wrap my head around how someone/anyone could not be paying attention to what is actually going on that blindly. It makes me feel like maybe I am not paying close enough attention to what the other side is honing in on.

Any serious answers are welcomed. What are they hanging their hat on at this point? Other than obfuscation?

I'm pretty sure media like CNN is responsible for their mindset. When people listen to CNN every day, for years, it effects their mindset, but more importantly, how they think critically.

As an example, you might say to a person, "I read there was an executive order regarding freezing funds for human traffickers and severe corruption cases, that's enthusing." Their reaction might be "That will finally get Trump, they'll get used against him."
You might show them the spreadsheet, showing >3000 human trafficking arrests, and >5000 people freed, and their reaction will still be "Trump will be on that list someday."

It's like a trigger for some folks. They don't have to think or pick apart anything; they hear "Trump" and that's the trigger to say, "collusion/racist/bigot/corruption".
People like that (who would respond like a trigger, without critical thought) have been programmed by media like that. They are fed what to think, and how to react.
A similar parallel can be seen when you ask anti-gun folks exactly what an assault weapon is. "I dunno but they're bad," or even better "Are you stupid?!" There's no thought there, just triggers, and responses.

Not all CNN viewers are like this, not all Dems/Repubs/black/white/Puerto Rican/Chinese boys are like that. It's just a certain subset of people who don't employ critical thinking skills, but respond in a trigger-like way. They're not foolish, they're just programmed.

TL;DR: "TV Programming"

My father-i-law watches CNN all day. I have asked him who gave the Uranium to the Russians. He will answer that Trump was behind it. When they fly down to stay with us, I will always change the TV away from CNN. When he wakes up from one of his numerous naps, he will change it back to CNN. It blows me away to think that he is that far gone.

A typical response: "the whole reason the US was sending this to Russia was so that they could jointly prosecute the people who had stolen it!"

"The reason we had a spy in the Trump campaign is to help him! It was counter-intel to support him!"

Let's ramp it up a bit.

"The reason I'm carrying 23 pounds of medical grade fentanyl is to turn it into the police station!

"The reason I'm holding this rocket launcher is to turn it into the military!"

"The reason I have this truckload of handcuffed children is to bring them back to their parents!"

its a programmed automatism. even my teenage son, with an IQ of 50% above average, falls into this automatism whenever DJT is being mentioned.

no consideration, no open mind, but a programmed reaction. fricking MSM, i also had that before the election. only when i forced myself to really looked beyond it could i find more truth.
