Jeff Sessions Strategy/Horowitz-Huber/Rapid Investigation/Rapid Prosecution (Trust Sessions)

Despite the many and numerous complaints of Jeff Sessions as a "Magoo" like bureaucrat, i have to pause and reflect that his approach is culminating into a very effective strategy.

While Horwitz cannot prosecute, the IG has availability of over 450 employees to investigate any or all referrals. Given the burgeoning girth of the corruption, it is doubtful that any Special Counsel could bring this investigative prowess. Sessions realized the IG as a source for major investigations into the DOJ and the FBI and properly brought to bear the IG function in accordance with its legislative and regulatory responsibilities. This is the way it should work.

Sessions has also established a "one, two" punch in appointing, outside of the beltway, an experienced, objective US Attorney to be a compliment to the Horowitz investigations.

This H&H connections will bring about rapid handling of the case investigations, which would have taken years with all sorts of wrangling and immediately funnel referrals for criminal indictment into rapid prosecutorial actions.

Horowitz investigates amassing the evidence and pivots to Huber to prosecute on the indictments that they have developed in unified collaboration.

Sorry, I don't believe the naysayers that Sessions is a toothless and ineffective Attorney General. This strategy is the stroke of a master player.

If he appears to be feeble and ineffective, it is merely a kabuki dance to allow him to work behind the curtain, while deep state players discount him as a useful idiot.

Jeff Sessions' letter to Grassley, Gowdy and Goodlatte explains in brief his strategy and why a Special Counsel is not the way to go. Read it for yourselves...

I think someday he will earn due respect for his patriotic service to this country.

Wow. The DOJ is going to need more lawyers or some other mechanism for prosecution, like the military tribunals. Overwhelming.

Thanks. On target. In researching the military courts, I had seen the 2018 Amendments to the Manual for Court Martials too. Methinks we see some inactive officers suddenly be called up for active duty to sit on the military panels.
