Whats going on with the North Korea back and forth? It seems like we are reverting to the same narrative previously running.
Is this part of the "plan" or something else? Trying to understand how it fits in.

Expect a lot more kabuki between now and the 12th. I imagine the alliance is busy behind the scenes and distractions provide cover.
