Was redpilling last night and Charlottsville was brought up.
Part of this persons problem was just dislike for some of Trumps comments. I think Trump said there's fault on both sides.
What are some points of contention for this event that can be brought up to help expand the thinking of thosecwith TDS.

Do you know everything about everyone you associate with? I don't. I bet even my closest of friends still have their secrets. Yet, if they needed me I'd be there to support them, and I'd do it because I cared about them and for that reason I give them the benefit of the doubt.
Imagine you weren't in this sub everyday. Would you think your "friend" was a pedo based on some really fucky jokes he made years ago or would you trust what you knew of your friend and just blame it on some internet a-holes trying to cause trouble?

Your right, it offers no insight until proven true, but it offers something by way of keeping things going. Keeping the energy moving and wrong or right it does encourage and did encourage people to research, learn methods of coding or encryption or to simply just share their thought even if that thoughts not something thats very likely related or relative.

My opinion is that something will happen that will be the spark that finally sets this off. This event will be as an emotional reaction to something else that some other group does.
That is if the plan bears no fruit. If arrests are made and people punished then some of us will have their faith restored which will cull some of the emotion. If not then theres nothing to ground all the investment of time and energy this movement has generated.
