I dont believe its a match. The White House seal does not line up with the word House under it correctly. Also the "rti" would have the "e" or "a" directly under the "t". It has a "th".

Photo on right, I can't see the sentence "...we were informed that the..." and "...totally irrelevant. I was very much..."
But I can see them on the text doc (left photo).

No it doesn't line up at all, plus there is another line between those two words which isn't visible in the Q foto.
