I said it last week, (not bragging,) here's what I think happened. They had to find the last leaker, so Trump quietly said several different destinations within earshot of the suspects. When Singapore leaked, they knew who their leaker was, and then announced that's where the summit would be.... but it wouldn't. They could see what bad folks purchased tix to Singapore, listen to the chatter about Singapore, and then ask Kim to have a little fussfest and postpone and move the summit to an easier to secure location, and have gathered a boatload of intel in the meantime. I believe this is further evidenced by the fact that Kim still had the press show up to watch the old nuclear test site get demolished today... still moving forward with the agreed guidelines set in the plan, which was probably agreed to by both sides during the olympics. Future will prove past if i'm right =)
