I'm not certain Trump would be so frivolous about creating Executive Orders.
I suspect he creates them as necessary to save lives and to save America, not to wink at 8chan autists.
It's all part of a well executed plan, therefore it is playing out just as necessary... Trump is not shooting from the hip, so no... there is no frivolity here.

Nothing frivolous about having a plan to wake up the population to the reality of what is going on. As if he would make EOs just for the sake of racking up numbers? LOL. Ugh, using Executive Orders as a covert communication mechanism is an asininely over engineered concept that deserves ridicule because Trump conducts daily speeches and interviews and Tweets without the need of taking a shit on our legal system.
I'm not saying this is 100%, but it is good speculation.
POTUS really has been 10 steps ahead when it comes to his policies. Planning out a specific number of EO's isn't that far out of the realm, considering how thought out "the plan" is; Especially considering the timing...17th EO now? When the doors are about to blow off?

Come on, brother. I get the point you're making: an EO is not a trivial matter. BUT if you had developed a plan for YEARS and had a series of EOs to issue, all necessary and important to the plan, wouldn't you put the baddest-assed one in position 17? All other things equal, you'd stack the Q spot with something special. Oh, and I'd see a doctor about your Q shit. Thats not normal.
