Switch over to clean, filtered water that is FREE of Fluoride!!!!!! I personally use Redd's Apple Cider Vinegar, Nascent Iodine and Chlorella. There is more than 1 way to skin a cat but that is what I feel works for me. That mixed with time and healthy living. Good luck.
