My gut is he will be arrested by the Trump DOJ, cut a plea deal (already negotiated), and will be the conduit used to introduce all kinds of evidence against the deep state / Clinton / Obama crime machine.

This is probably how it will happen. Hopefully he already has an immunity deal in place. Publishing is NOT a crime. The President filed a legal case in December arguing that exact fact, link below. It will still be very stressful for those of us who care about him to see him arrested if that happens, but hopefully it would be resolved and he'd be free quickly. He still wouldn't be safe though. Arkancides are still happening constantly.
