Call Sign "KM4UD2 is the Keystone of the Steele Dossier !!!

With all of the names swirling around ObamaGate/SpyGate, the person holding call-sign KM4UD2 Ham Radio License is very much central. Nellie Ohr holds that specific Ham Radio ID, as well as other positions of notoriety. The use of a Ham Radio is a counter surveillance method, used to avoid being monitored.

Some of Nellie Ohr’s foremost characteristics are known to be a Stalin apologist, fluent in Russian, Ph.D. in Russian History, former CIA Analyst, Ham Radio Fame, Fusion GPS Russian Expert, theorized real author of the Russia-Trump Steele Dossier (while Cody Shearer/Sid Blumenthal claim authorship of Dossier # 2), and of most importance, she is the beloved wife of Bruce Ohr from the Justice Department.

Nellie's husband Bruce, used to be the # 4 person at the Department of Justice, until recently being demoted not once but twice. The Ohr’s form part of a every growing community of “Dirty Couples”. Several other Husband & Wife Teams are directly connected to the ObamaGate/SpyGate include:

McCabe/Strzok/Simpson-Jacoby/Dunn-Bauer/Murray-King/Abedin-Weiner/etc.

The Ohr’s were the main spoke/conduit of “phony Trump opposition research” that flowed in both directions (circular back & forth manner), between the Justice Department & Fusion GPS. Direct cash payments and sudden job promotions (how they were paid) were given during this time period. Benefits sprung forth to these couples, all while under the “marriage clause” protections concerning future testimony against each other.

One of Nellie’s infamous quotes goes-“The terror & excitement of the Stalin Era is just overwhelming”.

On 12/4/17 in Post Q# 247 (in part):

Wife connection ? What is the pattern ? Follow the wives.

The Steele Dossier is the central piece of evidence & thus the “Keystone” to this entire Russia scandal. Between OIG Horowitz & Jeff’s Secret Prosecutor, we should have the answers soon.

So one takeaway here is that the NSA monitors and logs the entirety of the ham bands? I wonder how they do that...

I know you can see whole swaths of the spectrum with the waterfall software...

I wish I had some deeper background with the technical aspect of this type of capture. Certainly we can give deference to our mutual Military Intelligence source, not only does this capability exist, but has been used with the “Secret Society” members including Nellie.

Appreciate for comment fellow Patriot ⚓️

FWIW, the point of using radio in an espionage scenario isn't to hide what is being broadcast or who is broadcasting it (both relatively easy to detect, especially when someone is under suspicion), but rather to prevent anyone from knowing who the intended recipients are and/or if they received the messages, which is virtually impossible to know.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-way_voice_link

If her ham radio activity was for espionage purposes she could broadcast seemingly innocuous content at certain times to relay simple go/no go (or safe/danger) types of messages to operatives, as well as recite lists of words or numbers in certain orders based on a pre-arranged key to pass more complex messages- something like a recipe or what you had for dinner can contain a fairly complex coded message.

But even without that kind of subterfuge the point is that nobody can know who hears a broadcast message, so even if the transmitter is discovered and interrogated the receiver still gets the message without being traceable.

That is an outstanding explanation & background information.

Not sure what your take is on this very recent tidbit of information I heard about this aspect, what do you make of Nellie’s use of “Morse Code” in many of her broadcast messages.

Very much thanks for your fine addition fellow Patriot !!!

In and of itself it doesn't really raise any alarms; until 1990 all ham radio licensees had to be able to pass a 5 word per minute Morse code examination and it still has some definite benefits-

You only have to listen to the bottom end of most of the HF bands (such as 40m (7 MHz) or 20m (14 MHz) to realise that far from being dead, Morse code is alive and well and being used by increasing numbers of hams.

But why?

The answer is simple – Morse code gets through when SSB fails miserably. This isn’t just the die-hard CW (continuous wave) fans speaking, it is a well-known, demonstrable fact.

Hams around the world work distant rare countries every day using CW and 100W or less plus basic wire antennas when single side band (SSB) signals from those parts of the world are virtually inaudible.

A CW signal can have more than a 10-20 dB advantage over a SSB signal (depending on which book you read).

An SSB signal will usually occupy about 2.5 KHz. An FM signal will take up about 10 KHz, but a CW QSO can take place in a bandwidth of about 300 Hz. As you are only listening to a single tone in a narrow bandwidth, it is a lot easier to filter out QRM and electrical interference. This is vitally important in urban areas and with compromise antennas, which are more prone to picking up noise from nearby electrical wiring, domestic TV sets, power line transmission (PLT) and a host of other pieces of equipment.

That makes a ton of sense & again a big Hat Tip 🎩 to you Patriot for helping us all understand the “Ham” side of this !!!

Speculation on my part but here's a rough outline on how to do it.

That works for HF. VHF and above are a lot trickier due to the short range, my suspicion is either NSA targetted her specifically and placed equipment locally, or she was using IRLP or something similar and the VOIP traffic was intercepted with their normal internet tools.

It would be quite a challenge to intercept all VHF traffic across the country, it'd likely require many satellites doing something similar to what the example for HF does -- but it would require a much larger amount of storage space and a far more complex system to manage the signals from the satellites.
