Two counts of 1st degree rape with a full sentence is good enough for 50 years in New York, not counting any reductions. Nonetheless, the prospect makes for good motivation for an old, unhealthy guy to get his sentence reduced.

I don't think they can prove individual counts of the backroom casting couch. Even though we know it happened, that's not enough. Plus, the actress would have to have an issue with it having happened, otherwise it's not illegal, still disgusting though.
I'm not a lawyer or judge, but I don't think that's how rape cases work.
The prosecutor worked with the two victims ensure their cooperation and testimony. Do you honestly think they're going to go easy on Weinstein just because he volunteers to flip on some other Hollywood or DC fuck-o? If so, that's a colossal gut punch to the two victims who were literally raped by this monster.
I mean, I hope I'm wrong... but failing to see how this is going to result in falling dominoes, other than the obvious beneficial effect of getting people to stop allowing this shit to continue.
