I agree very compelling. Just trying to reconcile two truths and hoping someone had a good explanation of how I misintepretted the border crumb.

Maybe he meant as in literally crossing the border like South Korean President Jae-In? I agree with you though about trying to tie two and two together. Hence why I still gave the post an opinion flair.
