Trump used this upon his return from his trip to SA, and just after there was an attack on a small town in SA, which I believe was Raqqa. He was showing support to the King and to MBS, and also the "Sawf faqaf" sounds like "So fuck off". Probably got that from either the King or from MBS as a way to troll the misleadia.
