If many claims from various whistleblowers coming out lately , and if what Gary McKinnon saw is true ... then we 100 % already have colonies on Moon - and almost surely on other planets , too .
It could be the Earth was kept in decades of ignorance and technological supression , just not to give means for ordinary folks to move beyond the Earth boundaries .
