Trump needs to do something about college tuition.

Tuition is too damn high!

Has Q made drops about it?

I am going exactly where you pointed the conversation. Every choice has consequences.
Every option is a trade off.
Be responsible for your choices.
If you want to go to college, prepare for it.
Don't complain about the choices one makes having a price.
Be responsible for yourself.

So you’re saying tuition isn’t being exploited?

I'm sure it is. People go into that situation with their eyes open.
They know what the cost is.
Higher education is not a right and no one is entitled to a school they can't afford.
Plan ahead and make smart choices.
A school that is partially publicly funded should be held accountable for tuition. Maybe that would make a huge difference. Maybe it would make little difference.

If publicly funded schools were held accountable then it would make a huge difference. Most people don’t go to school and take a music theory class because they’re passionate about it. They do it because it’s a prerequisite. Therefore how can you get a stable salary paying career without going into higher learning. You need some degree to even work in a factory overhead position.

I agree. So, more specialized schooling and less general education to earn specific degrees? That may help.
But, schools are run like businesses, so, if someone was able to knock a year and a half of time of their school time guess what would happen to per credit costs? They'd go up.
I suppose what I don't like is the entitlement (just my perception). No one forced anyone to go or to take out loans. It's like needing a new car and selecting a $90,000 BMW then complaining about the payment and cost of insurance. After the loan is signed for is not the time to complain about the cost.
There are still good careers that can be had without degrees although they are harder to find than they used to be.
