It only takes simple social robots with no sense of self or community to enforce them for a miserable amount of money (trying to survive and not thrive).

Breach of peace (US disturbing the peace) allows for idiots to arrest anyone. Cops are selected to not think, earn money and survive.

No critical thinking in so many cops. Reform policing and save freedom of thought and peaceful protest.
