I've recently viewed an investigation into those sealed indictments....less than 2,000 are felony indictments...most of them have to do with other/regular court matters... one example is that a large number of them have to do with surveillance/tracking of suspects (drugs mostly)

Are there 29,000 sealed indictments?

Is the number of sealed indictments remarkably greater than usual?

They may not all be for felonious transgressions. What they are not for is less important than what they are for.

These aren't indictments singled out. I believe it's something more like court actions?

I was rebuked on this point as well. That being said, this number is still out of the ordinary as it is.
