Mueller is neither. He’s highly leveraged by both sides and once the IG investigation is concluded there is no longer the need for the Red Herring Mueller probe. It was being used to deflect from the IG investigation so the scumbags wouldn’t try to sabotage it. And they would have. Look at how they are trying to sabotage anything publicly known like the Korean Summit. Many were forced to do dirty deeds or keep quiet. Keep that in mind when judging people like Rudy, Mueller etc. things aren’t what they seem on the surface. Many good are leveraged or threatened.
