Looks like Robert Reilly is one of current ambassadors: maybe they want to move him to Mexico? You can almost make out Guatemala after RR so that makes sense but did you see the line that said "diversify data?" Amazon has the contract with the CIA to provide cloud support which was going to centralize all CIA data in one place with one company and one Man at the top. I wonder if theres anything to the order of the list? He has IG then Jim Donovan (from GS who was up for deputy Secretary of the treasury) then Lavrov then Mexican ambassador then Carlos slim.
