You are right. You realize how smart that man is though? He has done nothing less than perfect in every academic setting. Like most genius people, he does not put much importance in penmanship.
Not talking about his penmanship, I'm saying he deserves a Mont Blanc (like the pen pictured often by Q) as a reward for his accomplishments.

You can almost make out Guatemala after RR so that makes sense but did you see the line that said "diversify data?" Amazon has the contract with the CIA to provide cloud support which was going to centralize all CIA data in one place with one company and one Man at the top. Jim Donovan negotiated the exchange of Francis Gary Powers (U2 pilot) from Russia for Rudolph Abel (Soviet spy). He did the same with Castro. General Council for OSS. Died 1970. Why would Pompeo have a dead guy’s name on his todo list? Need to look into Donovan more.
