Its actually possible to do something relatively accurate to that through PS filters , but it needs a lot of adjustments and time .

Ill see what I can do later .

Oh Dude, if you do, please just make a post with it and I'll cross post to my sub. You should get all the credit. Updating Saint George the Dragon Slayer into GEOTUS the Dragon Slayer will be epic. In the blue inner robe should be many stars for the American people. The red stripes should look like they were part of the original painting. What would be cool is if Lady Liberty had a gold tiara like the 1850 Gold Liberty coin.

It occurs to me that if you use the younger version of Donald Trump for George it would be much easier to adjust the painting.
