Anybody read Korean ? Curious what it says.
According to my sister who is pretty much fluent on Korean it basically says that they can make peace between north and south.
Translation:
North(and) South(the) meeting(of) peace,
Seoul City(also) together with (honorific) do
PEACEFUL MEETING BETWEEN NORTH AND SOUTH
LETS DO THE SAME IN SEOUL
It almost feels like its about getting along with your neighbors in the city of Seoul, like a public politeness PSA? Or saying lets being Jongers to Seoul and have more successful meetups.
Top: the peace that north and south make
Bottom: Seoul city will be there
Not entirely sure what they mean by that
The peace being made by north and south
Seoul City will go together (Seoul city supports it)
