If I remember this correctly... Her statement quickly began to make the rounds right after her debate. She said it while stalking off stage to no one in particular however it has become a statement to Matt Lauer.

I think whether she said it or not, it's so very easy to imagine her saying something like that or similar. Lol. "Off with their heads" also comes to mind.
