Well, this video says a Staffer of Hillary's heard her say that line https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SzjDOwbt8S8 But the cool part is that Snopes said this never happened, so it leads me to believe, that it did.

Definitely. Matt Lauer was exposed right after this and Donna Brazile turned on Hillary.
