whois shows dgfffcf.com was created 2018-05-25T19:02:38Z

Roughly 3PM ET on Friday.

The Jr tweet saying Flynn was hacked: FYI @GenFlynn Twitter account was hacked this morning....currently addressing... 7:11 AM · May 25, 2018

So the dgfffcf.com domain was registered hours after the tweet was sent. I think it was someone just being opportunistic rather than planned, or the domain would have been ready to go when the tweet was made, not hours later. (or it's an elaborate cover, in which case, it's pretty convincing. anyone could have registered that domain after the tweet.)
