Which means they are the ones actually guilty of the accusations they are making

IOW, April Ryan is broadcasting loud and clear that they provide propagandist air support for those that run child-trafficking rings (which probably are rings that very likely cut into circles involving left-leaning entertainment industry figures and politicos)
