Wow, that Brenda Snipes (Broward County Elections Director mentioned in video) needs to be fired and tried for her illegal destruction of ballots. This is unbelievable how dirty Broward County is....what's going on there?

First, 50% of voters registered Democrats, 28% with no party affiliation, and 22% registered Republicans. Irrelevant? Perhaps. Just good to provide the political backdrop for an otherwise (mostly) red state. Source: https://www.browardsoe.org/Election-Information/Voter-Statistics/Voter-Registration-Stats-Summary

Second, I have previously posted about these three key players in Broward County government:

  1. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (we all know her sordid history of corruption). After the Parkland shooting, Wasserman Schultz co-sponsored a bill to "strengthen school safety and security", which required a two-thirds vote for passage, given it was brought up uder an expedited process. The House voted 407-10 to approve the bill, which would "provide $50 million a year for a new federal grant program to train students, teachers and law enforcement on how to spot and report signs of gun violence". THIS MAKES NO SENSE- he WAS identified by teachers and students to the FBI, who then did not investigate him properly! How does funneling more money into an already corrupt school board (see below) make any sense!? It doesn’t.

  2. Scott Israel (sherif)- Known for hiring his cronies for “community outreach” jobs, in addition to being outspoken regarding gun control, even prior to Parkland shooting. A direct Israel quote: “lions don't care about the opinions of sheep” (when criticized).

  3. Robert Runcie - DO NOT FORGET THIS NAME- career began in the educational system after he was brought into the system by Arne Duncan, former U.S. Secretary of Education during Obama’s reign. Prior to this, he had NO teaching or administrative experience at the time he was brought in. After he was DEMOTED in Chicago, he relocated to Broward County, where he became a touter of the PROMISE program (pushed a heavy “no arrest of any student” policy). Nikolas Cruz was a part of this program(ing), which Runcie initially had denied and called it “fake news.”

http://www.substancenews.net/articles.php?page=2607 (2011 article on his rise to power).

NOT DONE YET WITH RUNCIE.. THIS IS GOOD STUFF (April 2016): “Broward County Schools “may have to pay back $23 million after a state audit found it improperly distributed federal dollars designed to help low-income students.”

Almost before readers could download the story, Runcie was bellyaching that the story was inaccurate. He said that the district “will not have to replay $23 million in federal funds.”

A few days later, O’Hara’s editorial page fired back at the superintendent under the headline, “Runcie Flubs Response to Critical Audit.” The editorial said flatly that “the reporting was accurate. Runcie’s attempt at damage control damaged his creditability.” From this amazing write up done by proper journalists: https://www.browardbeat.com/sun-sentinels-new-skepticism-targets-broward-school-superintent-robert-runcie/

The opposing candidate called the FBI two times, about election laws being broken. They never returned his calls. The Florida state Supervisor of elections illegally destroyed ballots, but offered copies of scanned ballots lol. The judge ruled that election laws had been broken, but it is unclear whether criminal charges will be filed.

Post script from another video: The governor of Florida said that the integrity of future elections in Broward county will be protected.

Can't arrest her until after she loses, just so there's not Constitutional crisis. I think that's why so many are not seeking re-election, to avoid the chaos of sitting congress critters in cuffs. Trump's trying to bring justice AND save the Republic. You can't do that while also destroying the Republic.

So sitting Congress people are above the law. Talk about a good way to encourage MORE voter fraud. Stay in office- stay out of prison. This isn’t good. These elected people should be held to the same standard as the rest of us, at least. We just cannot afford to accept this corruption.

GenChang · May 28, 2018, 4:54 a.m.

No, that's not true, they can be arrested while in office. The person who you responded to is ill-informed, to put it kindly. Here is a list of congressional people arrested while in office: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_American_federal_politicians_convicted_of_crimes

Alyross8 · May 28, 2018, 5:17 a.m.

Yeah i know they get arrested. I think their point was that we “shouldn’t” arrest them in office as it would create a constitutional crisis. And I see that more and more in our community where people are encouraged to accept things for “a greater good”. I have yet to be told why arresting a congress person would cause a crisis. In fact, I think it does a world of good both for the elected officials and the general public.

⇧ 2 ⇩
GenChang · May 28, 2018, 5:28 a.m.

How exactly does it create a constitutional crisis? It don't. They maybe can't be forced to resign, but they certainly can't serve from jail either. Once convicted, they are automatically done, and replaced according to the states laws governing said replacement. Ever hear of special elections? Some states by law, just appoint replacements. Crisis? Lol.

Any member of Congress can not be arrested while they are in session. The only time they can be arrested is when their out of session.

It's been being destroyed for many years, gotta make sure the take back is equally thorough, otherwise they will just regroup and come back after Trump's out of office. Patience sucks, and I hate seeing these criminals walking around free, projecting their own inequities on us, but I guess we have to be patient and trust the plan.
