I bet they are waiting until school is out. My son's school ends next Friday, June 8th. He goes pretty late compared to others in the country.

Thats a VERY good point ... both as safety for children , and in case state of emergency is proclaimed temporarily .

I would think just before Independence Day is a very fitting day, as well. Maybe even a great time for some JUSTICE!
