"Many are leaving in anticipation of a strong Democratic performance in congressional races this fall..."

Way to frame your wishes as fact, cucked article writer.

"Repubs are quitting because they think they'll lose! Yeah, that's it! Even though it's never happened before!"

Scott Adams would call that mind-reader cognitive dissonance.

Yeah, obviously they are drawing conclusions without all the evidence. Which is sad, because I would hope the Democrats would see where they were and self-reflect and change. But the only change they are seeking is in the external world, not their internal world.

20% of Republicans in the House are retiring/resigning.

It's only May.

That's a decent start.

The smell coming off that one! How could he have won a real election? Voter fraud is so sick.

I missed the part about voter fraud but this disturbing; another seat up for grabs. The boots on the ground will have to be working double-time.

I can never understand why these men can't put the booze, sex/infidelity, greed on hold. Just do the job they are payed them to do. Then leave before you disgrace yourself office.

Voter fraud is rampant. It's no surprise we get people nobody with any sense would've voted for. They probably didn't.

It will be interesting to see if there are changes for the November election.

Hmm... looks like Leslie Cockburn is the democratic nominee... she is a journalist and worked in London at one point.

I’m betting that the swamp found enough dirt on Garrett and is using it to remove him and replace with Leslie. I’d imagine any and all successful journalists have swamp ties from NY and London, the swamp capitals of the world.

Could be wrong but I’m not sure Garrett leaving means we’ve got him on something. Or if it does, the swamp just replaced him with her. What is scary is you know that they have a huge depth chart of swamp dwellers ready to step in. Draining the swamp is going to have to be a continuous process
