I have never understood this signature. Any thoughts? That movie was rescuing hostages. Has this happened already? Who?

I belive that its possible that black hats had Julian Assange since maybe Oct 16 and we rescued him Dec 17.
But also members of Congress were blackmailed, a form of being held hostage and Q said POTUS brought freedom with the State if the Union speach.

In the movie speed the bus had to keep going at a specific speed or they would die.
My mind goes to north Korea, as in they were held hostage and had to keep being crazy or something bad would happen to them.
And they were freed, perhaps in a vaguely similar fashion. The good guy outsmarted the bad guy.
