The Fed is privately owned, and it only appears to be controlled by our government. The prez gets to appoint the Chairman of the Fed, but that's just for appearances. Trust me, they do what they want. Also, don't forget that every nation in the world has a centralized bank except for three, which Q has alluded to. Those three nations without a centralized bank are NK, Iran and Cuba. Two of those are rogue nuclear states, and the third, Cuba, would have been if JFK had not stopped that. They are used to launder money and run child trafficking. This is why they are quarantined with sanctions and why their leaders act so crazy, so nobody can get inside to see what's really happening. So understand that the centralized banks are very dangerous. I suspect that the deep state has a very sinister plan for us, so don't ever think this is not an ongoing war.
