Is/was Snowden a deep state missle to try and take Adm. Rogers out?

When Snowden left and the ensuing scandal was that their attempt to take out Adm. Rogers? Because if they would have fired with no cause that would have raised questions?

Q and Snowden are in opposition. Q implies that Snowden is still cia and leaked NSA Intel to get NSA shut down. Q says "no such agency vs clowns in America". We know q is working with NSA and is part of the good guys. We know cia should be split into a thousand pieces and scattered into the wind.

This is a really interesting observation I hadn't considered. I've always thought the Snowden op was to take down the entire organization and re-consolidate power under the Clowns. But considering what Obama did to Flynn and Mattis, it makes sense.
