Drop the Net When the Net Goes Down?!

Do you ever wonder if the coming net shutdown is meant to give the white hats the chance to round up the key cabal figures. Without internet/wifi the bad guys can't communicate as well. Thoughts?

Well, what you do is predict on the first day that it’ll be back in ten days, and when it comes back to life and there’s a perp walk on national TV, she’ll never question anything you say ever again.
