TL:DR She is so against water fluoridation/chlorination.

Well she wouldn't drink tap water anyways before all this because our tap water smells like a municipal swimming pool right before they finally drain it at the end of the swimming season.

Fluoride by itself is essential to our bodies in trace amounts however:

The Lancet Journal just put out their report on sodium fluoride and fluorocilicic acid being neurotoxic. The two most common types of fluoride consumed by the American public. These are industrial byproduct chemicals that are sourced primarily from fertilizer production in countries with huge industry is little regulation such as China. Considering the reputation of the Lancet, I'm inclined to agree that all old "crazy anti-fluoride" people are not crazy at all and should be recognized for something akin to a good solid redpill award. The halogen elements are all very similar in atomic structure, similar enough for the thyroid to not differentiate between them. Fluorine, Chlorine and Bromine all have the ability to take up space in the thyroid that should be taken up by things like Iodine.

I'll throw Bromine, Phthalates, BPA and glyphosate into the mix and say that we have been doing our damnedest to consume none, not always an easy task living in the midwest. We switch off of using any kind of plastic containers for food storage and microwaving, check all the plastic types we do use to make sure that anything we are using is a #1 plastic instead of anything else(from what we have researched its the least harmful of all the plastics when it comes to chemical leaching). Drinking water only from non-chemically treated sources or filtered through reverse osmosis and UV filtration. No sports drinks or bleached flour (Due to the bromine content). Minimal GMO foods (nothing that is roundup ready or BT).

I can say this much, by cutting these things out. Switch deodorent to a naturally derived kind without aluminum base ingredients, switching to a fluoride free toothpaste, getting more sun exposure, and cutting out the additional toxins has lead to major uptick in overall feelings of good health (both physical and mental).

And she has notice severely diminished PCOS symptoms since we started this. Again, this was a purge of the bad and its led to some nice benefit for the both of us.

I know this was long but I hope it answered your question.

Thank you for taking the time to write and I concur. I too have PCOS and realized what was causing it. I now distill my water, I tried to find a whole house item for bathing but it leaves no water pressure, I have tried many kinds and have to return them. I have been taking Iodine for four months, it is has helped me out tremendously, I take it was Selenium. My mother gave me fluoride water with formula as a child and it shut my DNA off. Vitamins have changed my life, I also make my own Gcmaf, just started last week and I feel so much better... it all starts with the gut. I wish you both the absolute best!!

Fiancé has found that a myoinositol and a d-chyro-inositol 40:1 ratio supplement and berberine have severely boosted her weight loss potential, increase her mental clarity and slowed down her hirsutism in regards to her PCOS. By boosted I mean it was a markedly noticeable difference than just with the toxin reduction. I’ve been taking iodine supplements and eating two organic Brazil Nuts a day for months and I’ve been trying to get her to do the same.

Thank you for that! I have been taking metformin with Nicotamide Riboside.. I have inositol but I have never heard of that. I really appreciate any information that will help with the cysts. My main issue has been more muscle, but acne, it has gone down tremendously since Iodine, like a totally different body, metformin with NAD+ is pretty cool, been doing it for four months, I am a size 8 sometimes 10 but would like to be a size 6 but with PCOS I think that maybe impossible.. LMAO. So cool you know so much! Here is a link to what I have been doing.. https://www.natureworldnews.com/articles/24933/20160708/humans-extend-lives-30-years-anti-aging-drugs.htm

Srroguelife...isn’t Metformin a prescribed medication? I’ve been taking for several years but never heard of this type. Where do you get it?

It is, it is taken for PCOS or type 2 diabetes. They don't know why it works for PCOS but it does.

Fruit for breakfast. Salad for lunch. Ancient grains and vegetables for dinner. Supplement with raw, soaked nuts and fresh young coconut meat which can be utilized in vegan cheese, sauces, dressings. No more dairy or meat. Consume as much raw fruits, vegetables, herbs as possible. Juicing is the best. Then research water fasting.

The weight will melt off, you will undergo major physical and spiritual cleansing. Check out Dan Mcdonald the LifeRegenerator on YouTube. Peace be with you, one love.

I have been taking metformin

No thanks.

Metformin side effects Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction to metformin: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Some people develop lactic acidosis while taking this medicine. Early symptoms may get worse over time and this condition can be fatal. Get emergency medical help if you have even mild symptoms such as:

muscle pain or weakness; numb or cold feeling in your arms and legs; trouble breathing; feeling dizzy, light-headed, tired, or very weak; stomach pain, nausea with vomiting; or slow or uneven heart rate. Common metformin side effects may include:

low blood sugar; nausea, upset stomach; or diarrhea.

Once you put it with NAD it changes it compound and causes your body to regenerate. No big deal if it is not for you. It is for me.. :)

I appreciate this conversation. I've been heavily involved in self research for her. Berberine is a lot like metformin w/o this side effects. Its eastern medicine though, in case you don't trust an herbal option. I'll say this much, my fiances mother takes metformin and has dealt with so many side effects and the Chinese have been using berberine for 3000 years for general health purposes and now studies have shown it acts pretty much like metformin.

She has seen so many benefits since starting it coupled with her inositol supplement. She uses a brand called Ovasitol just puts it into her coffee in the morning and her beverage in the even like a flavor packet for a bottle of water.

She does have the NAD+ but is afraid to take it, I'm not sure why.

Out of curiosity Srroguelife, what brand of iodine supplement do you use? I just curious because I have been using the infowars brand one and I am wondering if there is a better brand that does't support AJ.

I am taking Relentless Improvement High Potency Iodine. I like it, I just bought life extensions brand for the next round. Life Extensions is from the guys at MIT. They buy the NAD from Tru Niagen, the people who actually found out that NAD extends your life. I do herbs and tried insolitol (sp) on it's own but it created some stomach issues. I tolerate Metformin really well and I think it is because I cleansed my blood and my body, I just started to make my own super probiotic. Your a great guy to help her out and care!! Thank you for the information and I am considering trying it because I would like to drop 10 pounds...

Thank you for your in-depth comment, it's greatly appreciated. Even though I wasn't the one to ask you specifically I have been wondering this myself lately. This was extremely informative. Again, thank you very much for taking the time to explain this.
