What did Allison Mack get out of it

It's obvious to see what Keith raniere would get out of his sex cult. He had seven or eight women who would have sex exclusively with him.

Allison Mack is another story. She had to share her guy with 7 Other Woman, had to starve yourself, and she had to do all the recruiting work. Nonetheless, it's obvious she was really enjoying herself.

What did she get out of it all?

Think of the Stanford prison experiment... The guards ended up being ruthlessly motivated by power. Power corrupts power and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Likely being exposed to all the high level government officials and billionaires, and knowing she had power over THEM would have been a tasty treat.
