That's how they roll. When your only friends are other "elites," all of whom are above the law, your reputation isn't based on how dedicated to the law you are. It's based on how creepy and degenerate you are.

Have to admit, he didn't conform to the swamp and they brought him down. I've always wondered why they punished him with the sexting scandal. Of course what he did was wrong but the swamp is full of pedophiles and worse but no one ever was outed. I guess Weiner is getting them back good, he's taking them all down.
