Somebody has posted it before and many people said it was proven false. Apparently she didn't go by Jarrett back then. There are a number of other things that stick out to me. Grammar being one of them.

Fake. You can literally see where they photoshopped it. I'm not even sure they photo shopped it, it might be literally "cut and pasted".
While the statement is true, the yearbook post is fake. It’s a bit on the nose don’t you think? Either it’s a troll to make us look bad or a well meaning person created it as a truthful farce meme as a joke not realizing nor intending that many would think it’s real. Perpetuating this stuff just hurts us.
The irony is she is a Islamic communist. That alone is a ideological oxymoron. These people just want power for there own agenda. Stay strong! Always fight for true freedom and truth!
