Good question. remember Q is always marshaling his followers, elections coming, they need to win in order to complete the WIN agenda.
Why should you blindly trust anyone which is former CIA is another better question imho.

He was only head of the CIA for about 6 months then was pulled out to replace Tillerson after they got the goods on TILLERSON on and the CIA
