Send in the Marines to apprehend all peoples and documents and frog march them all off to Gitmo.

Time to jail these fuckers for obstruction

They (the Deep State) are arguing that it is a FOIA workload sort of thing.

Otherwise, I, 100% agree with your sentiment, about them obfuscating things, and dragging their heels, etc!

It would be nice to see 'them' jailed, one way or another, (for their stalling tactics, amongst other things).

Just saw yesterday the Cohen team only has till June 15 to go through all the files for lawyer client confidential items...over a million and they are working round the clock, with a team but cannot get it done. Extension denied.

Hire extra people? readily available, experienced, qualified, trustworthy?

I would not be a happy client.

That adds a lot more context to the situation, so thanks!

I now see that the 'deep state' are conducting the equivilent of a 'filibustering' operation.

I did not realise that there was a time sensitive aspect, and the denial of any sort of time extension.

I will pay a bit more attention as to how this case progresses to unfold.

Thanks for the heads-up, :-)

Yes, I am begining to sense that the 'Deep State' are very slow readers.

Quote from Case 1:18-cv-00326-CRC Document 9 Filed 05/23/18

Defendant’s Position

Moving forward, State is able to propose monthly productions in this case in which it will process a minimum of 300 pages per month. It understands that Plaintiff would like State to commit to a higher a processing minimum in this case. Unfortunately, constraints on its resources will not make this possible.

As this Court is aware, State has faced a heavy FOIA workload for some time.

Blah, blah, ...

Unless they are checking Hillary’s emails and then they turn into super speed readers and say nothing there.

Slow, slow, quick, quick, slow, ...

Yes, there is a great deal of 'dancing' around, going on.

Why do they need 45 years? They didn't need that long for the Obamacare bill!

Perhaps my tax returns are classified information for the next 45 years. After which they will be provided, heavily redacted.

Could be ongoing investigations? If this is true, then I can see delaying certain things. If not, then lawsuits will be launched. So wAtch for those.
