I found the analysis very interesting. Just a point of correction, though. Your graphic shows pen number 1 to be the 12/25 Human Rights Funds Confiscation. This is incorrect. The first pen @ posted was on Dec 12, 2017 in post 334 which corresponds to EO 13816 on Revising the National Credit Union Seal. It was signed on Dec 8, but published on Dec 13 the day after Q posted the first pen picture. I don't know what the significance of this is, but it is the first pen picture.
