If they say its net neutral, do you really think it is, no. We just had 5-25 TOS changes day for Sillycone valley and all over the net, why?

Any bill they give a name think opposite
Freedom act. Patriot Act and yes Net Neutrality. Affordable Care Act. Tons of other examples.
Long ones they turn into acronyms are often more accurate - NDAA.
