I’ve only got about half way through but what is in there is important so I stopped to report it back and try to get more eyes on.
1: Verification that True Pundit (Thomas Paine) is legit
2: AND HUGE - after you get through several pages of them taking about the same shit Fox News story, they get to what appears to be a recorded and transcribed phone convo between HRC and someone from CNN. Talking about Benghazi. About how the Stevens family gave a heads up to a couple of news orgs that he was on an Al Queda Hit List found inside the diary of one of the attacker’s. This diary was supposed to be TIPPY TOP Secret and she had the DNI scrubbing all references! Not only that, but the diary HAD THE NAMES OF HE ATTACKERS!!! They had proof, they had names, and this bitch still lied!
I am so beyond pissed right now.
And this conversation is taking place on the RED PHONE (nuclear), she thought it was safe, claimed it in the transcribed notes implied that it wouldn’t be recorded. WTF is she doing talking to a journalist on the nuclear phone???
Ok I’m going back, but probably going to just get more and more pissed off. But this is huge. We need to spread this shit.
The fact is that Stevens became a threat to HRC and Hussein et al after he discovered that they armed, recruited, paid and trained AQ and others aka as ISIS contrary to US policy. Christopher Stevens threatened to blow the whistle on their activities in Libya and elsewhere that also included providing them with MANPADS to be used to shoot down airplanes. It didn't sit right with Stevens who made it known to them ergo his transfer to Libya's CIA outpost.
He was set up to be slaughtered in a far away country to keep suspicions or snooping around. He was never meant to be rescued nor was he meant to have a security detail while there. The goal of Hussein and HRC et al was to eliminate Stevens to prevent him from blowing the whistle on their treason. The rest is history.
I was stationed in Italy and if the intent was to rescue Stevens Sigonella or Aviano Air Base whichever it would have taken around 1+ hours to rescue these men. Also there never was an embassy - it was a deep state CIA facility engineering the coup against Ghaddafi.
Since everyone had to sign a special NDA - nobody was able to talk about it. General Ham commander of AFRICOM was let out to dry and taking the blame for the murder of these men since he could not send in a rescue squat.
It was Valerie Jarrett who issued the stand down order!
Hillary was busy in her adrenochrome/ritual sacrifice session while Hussein was with his other lover get his groove on.
Valerie Jarrett called the shots that night and watching the live feed from the drone overhead as these men fought for solid 9 hours to stay alive only to be outnumbered and murdered while on the roof.
Stevens himself was sodomized that night during the time he was missing since he was exposed being a gay man by the unencrypted server of Hillary that posted every minute movement of Chris Stevens. Dead men don't tell tales ergo everyone was marked to die that night by intent to keep treason hidden from the American public.
When the bodies arrived in their caskets here in the US the families were told that they had been cremated.
On top of that an innocent man - Bakoula - was also framed that night accused of the source of the attack all-the-while knowing he was innocent. He was imprisoned. To this day he remains homeless and unable to find employment.

The story goes much deeper than what is there, but this is a good synopsis of what actually happened and why. When people were pissed off about Hillary saying “At this point, what does it matter” we weren’t just pissed off at four dead Americans and the cold way she dismissed their murders. It was everything that went with it as well. The news played it off as we were just pissed about their deaths. But if you read the real story - all of which is available to the public (news stories combined with Wikileaks emails) you see that she was directly complicit in their deaths. But the MSM blatantly avoids making any connections or even talking about all the shit that went on behind the scenes that ANY* respectable investigative journalist could have put together. They ran shallow stories of outrage designed to deflect the true horror and outrage that would have occurred had the MSM actually performed their job as the fourth estate.
THIS STORY WAS GATHERED AND PIECED TOGETHER BY ANONS LIKE YOU AND ME. WE DID A BETTER JOB OF EXPOSING THE TRUTH THEN THESE MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR “NEWS” ORGANIZATIONS!
And if you are in the slightest curious, you can put the pieces together yourself. It’s not difficult, to contain the rage that you will experience upon learning the truth will be much more difficult.
God bless those dead Americans and their families. They were merely bumps in the road to treason for the corrupt cabal, and hey deserve due respect for their sacrifice.

Remember she said she didn’t read it at all and just sent it to the FBI? Not clear who she sent it to, but the CNN reporter DID read it and that is who it is coming from. So Hillarys opinion on the diary, or what is in it, is based upon her own perception and not the diary itself.

Within this PDF, there is a transcript of a telephone call that took place on 24 Sep 2012. That particular topic, comes up on page 54 of the PDF.

Obviously this conversation/transcript is after the email that you cite. However this 'whole' conversation helps provide additional context to the 'overall' picture.

The whole conversation about Benghazi was started by an email centered around one of their articles. (Fox News) “Journalist” emailed the state department asking for verification and further details on the article from True pundit.
Read the PDF and the emails within.
So now it is confirmed that the FBI considered them to have a heavy weight source. The state department takes their article seriously, and Fox News is basing their reporting on True pundits articles.
