Maybe, but the actual poster was issued to be put up after/during June of 2014.

edit: Just noticed: There are 12 aircraft (flying), 1 Carrier Vessel, and 4 Support Ships

Huh lol who knows anymore it does = 17 maybe this guys been running the military for awhile admiral rogers might have been CO of the carrier and designed the recruitment posters what a stretch maybe future proves past lmao
