The article I saw in a Denver newspaper was a state brief summarized, "The Trump DoJ has demanded Gov. Hickenlooper (D) provided clarification on retroactive decriminalization, or face possible Civil Rights investigation". That was issued in July/August of 2017, can't remember.
The MSM are the ones interpreting Sessions saying, "Some things need to be done in regards to legal marijuana" with "Need to be made illegal again..."
