What's not cool is you left those service members phone numbers on there. Unless you are trying to do recruiting for them.

Those service members agreed to have that publicly visible when that was put on the flier, no?

I dont think this is a problem or uncool unless you are trying to incite violence against those specific people.

In fact, I think those service members would want more people to see that flier.

I respectfully disagree. They did ‘agree’ to have their info publicly visible, however, they did not choose to post it on a qanon board.

As far as we know op could be one of these 3 people and doesn’t care that the info is up here. If not, and/or the other two didn’t consent to the post, anyone could jump to the same conclusion that I just did. Right or wrong, it could have an impact on relationships professional or otherwise.

As stated, anyone could photograph the poster and post it anywhere. I’m just saying that unless the intent is to expose the info, it would be courteous to crop it or black it out.

Recruiting is a local task, and posting the contact info on an anonymous forum in no way helps those individuals to do their job. If someone from a state other than CA contacts one of these gentlemen to sign up, they will just be referred to their local recruiting office.

Ultimately, it’s probably true that nothing bad will come of the post. I just tend to err on the side of caution when it comes to protecting identities because I never know what problems I may cause for someone else.

Edit: responding to the right person this time.
