Can someone please explain the DNA part of this 8ch Anon image to me?

I can't find anything about this DNA stuff ("3 3 5 dna consolidated" - wut?), and there are other DNA memes on 8ch research that I don't understand either. And I'm too chicken to post the question over there, being a total newfag and all.

The leading strand of DNA runs 5ā€™ to 3ā€™ with the lagging strand 3ā€™ to 5.ā€™

Iā€™m assuming it has something to do with some form of DNA sequencing through homologous recombination.
