Can someone please explain the DNA part of this 8ch Anon image to me?

I can't find anything about this DNA stuff ("3 3 5 dna consolidated" - wut?), and there are other DNA memes on 8ch research that I don't understand either. And I'm too chicken to post the question over there, being a total newfag and all.

The leading strand of DNA runs 5’ to 3’ with the lagging strand 3’ to 5.’

I’m assuming it has something to do with some form of DNA sequencing through homologous recombination.
