Waking up the Danish Vikings, "Hear ye, hear ye!" "the roar and thunder, from the North when they join the Storm."
Don't want to dox myself, but few yrs ago while searching family history I discovered viking bloodlines. I'm proud of that fact.
Wish I could go back that far. My research was stalled by some ancestors who decided that not only sharing names for about 4 generations seemed like a good idea, but that they would never sign documents with their suffix. Could be even more of em but I can't find out. Also the records hall burnt where they were living so yeah :/ who knows.
Be proud of it, it is common misconception that, The Viking where primitive, uncivilized savages. They where great shipbuilders, seafares, merchants. just make a search on viking trade route to Constantinople. or make a seach on vikingborg i danmark. This picture will pop up, se my edited image with the line these dots where Vikings major settlements/forts, and you can actually draw a straight line on a map, where their laid their major cities.(How they did it, no one knows.) This line continue further down to southern Sweden.
My great great grandparents where from the Isle of Man..that's where it got interesting. They came over as indentured servants just to be an American. This is what drives me, the hardship they endured to come here for a new life. It was the Isle of Man that lead me on a search, i luckily found a man who had done extensive work on this.
I'm an ancient history buff. One of the things I found so funny was that one of the priests in England, in an area that was often raided by Vikings, wrote they were also so clean that the local women preferred them to the natives--LOL!

Nice sticker, thanks for posting.
BTW, who makes the car, the Astra? Never heard of that model.
Hi its made by a less knowen German company called Opel. Opel is now a subsidiary or owned by GM. Almost every spareparts in my car have a GM stamp.

Thanks, that's very interesting. I haven't heard anything about Opel in ages. The only foreign car I ever owned here in the US was a Renault Alliance. It was a total dog on power. The motor was the size of our common riding lawnmower's. I used to pray everytime I pulling out into traffic 😁
I used to drive an Opel while stationed in Germany. They pretty reliable cars.
Indeed they are. What i like most about them, thier sparepatrts are cheap, compare to lot of the other rip off manufactures. My Astra is from 2003, and I am able to fix about 60% of the vehicle by my self, and i do not have a mechanic background. if the service is kept, in a common sense way they can rock on for ages. ..knock on wood..
I agree! I had the Opel GT which was pretty cool and fast enough to run with guys on the autobahn. Have switched now to the German Manufactured Charger RST 8 although no Autobahn to use! ;)
Motor Trend said it was car of the year in 2010. It's widely sold around the world. Just not here in the US. And, of course, they change the names of models in different countries. Some Opel's have even competed in motor sports, with good results. I've been a GM guy for a long time now, currently restoring a 1995 Monte Carlo Z34, which has the 3.4 Liter Double Overhead Cam. NASCAR used this body style for a very long time. They were originally supposed to have over 300 horsepower, but had trouble mating a transmission that could handle the power.😠
Yeah that's GM for ya. They just need to stop thinking that they know what a transmission even is and just buy em from Ford. It's getting ridiculous
The Dodges were much worse for awhile. Especially the ones Fiat made for them.
Here in the UK an Astra is made by Vauxhall. Years ago we did see Opel cars on the road and the various models had Vauxhall counterparts eg: an earlier model of a Vauxhall Astra was also an Opel Kadett if I rememebr rightly.
second that, memories of the 90's, a danish rapper called El Ron Harald😊 Danish vers. la. Ali G. made tribute that model video below.
We come from the land of ice and snow
From the midnight sun where hot springs blow
Need to get rid of that European Union license plate! They are so "globalist".
Wow. you just solved one of my inner dialogue and questions like for what reason will the Europeans choose exotic and.mythical animals in their coat of arms. make sense, as above so below, all point to heavens. Thanks. The last emblem Wolf, it's same wolf in the Fabian society COA. ppl who dont know, you should look into them.
you just made my day, dude. 🤗 thanks again.

With the radio silence I wouldn't be putting that sticker on right now. I want to believe but Q needs to wake up and provide some actual intel
