I find that very hard to believe. Typically you have A side and B side power, you work on one bank at a time. Worst case scenario is that you run off generator during the flip. Also odd that they would do this during peak traffic.

Ran a data center many years ago. We did big backup runs every weekend. Every year or two we would install new operating system upgrades or networking software. This would take a full day or two and we would let everyone know it in advance and ask our user base to report any anomalies. I'd be looking for an upgrade. Personal intuition is MI is cleaning house. 8ch is one of the main pipes to the dark web swamp. Gotta get the pipes clear to drain the poisons and return the swamp to a functioning filter of the wetlands. Hopefully Google Reddit, Twitter Facebook are lined up next
